These butterflies are made of flame-painted and patinated copper. They are available for hanging/standing or on a brass rod for placing among the flowers in your garden or indoor plants. They come in several varieties and sizes including: small (3" - 4") and large (4" - 6"), with either a "swallow-tail" or "stub-tail" wing. Ocassionally, I will make the large butterfly with a double wing (not shown).
All are sprayed with a clear outdoor lacquer to help them retain their colors. The butterfly at the top left of this photo also has a clear reflective coating that makes it sparkle in the light. Prices range from $10 to $20.
