Welcome to my website.

Happy New Year! 2009 is over and I wish to thank all my clients for their patronage this past year. It is most appreciated, especially in today's economic climate. 2010 is here and I hope it is a happy and healthy one for all.

This year I will be reducing the number of outdoor art shows that I attend. Commission work and the Cross Timbers Artists Guild Gallery will be my main focus. However, I will continue to accept telephone and email orders and will provide notification of any scheduled art shows.

Please contact me at

if you have any questions.

Watch this space for news of future events.

The Cross Timbers Artists Guild Gallery is well into its first holiday season and public response has been terrific. The gallery is run by the Guild artists so there is always a knowledgeable person on-hand to answer questions about the art. Stop by on Thursday evenings, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm, for our "wine gathering", when guild artists demonstrate their techniques and discuss their work. Artist demonstrations are also done on Saturdays.

The Gallery is located in The Shops at Highland Village (next to James Avery), in Highland Village, Texas. Many of the guild's artists are represented including some who are not on this year's studio tour so come by and see their work and meet them.

For more information, please call the gallery at 972-317-9605.

All of my sculptures are hand-made and many are made to order so there will be slight differences between the photos on this site and the sculpture I produce for you. Also, since some are custom orders, pricing may be approximate.

Except for highlights and accents, my sculptures are colored using various patina techniques, including acids, chemicals and heat.

To order a sculpture or to obtain specific pricing, please contact me by clicking on the above email address or calling me at 972-317-2481.

Located in Fort Worth at University Christian Church on the corner of Cantey and Rogers Avenue next to Texas Christian University.

April:
  • Highland Lakes Fine Art & Wine Festival, Marble Falls, Texas April 3-5, 2009. Sadly, due to economic conditions, Thunderbird Artists has cancelled this show.
This is my first participation in a "Thunderbird Artists" Art Show and I am really looking forward to it!
Thunderbird Artists has a reputation for producing several high quality art festivals in Arizona, Colorado and Texas. Here is a link to their web site: http://www.ThunderbirdArtists.com/

  • Wild about Flower Mound, Flower Mound, Texas. April 17-18, 2009
For more info click on this link to their web site:

    May:
  • Dallas Artfest, May 22-24

    September:
  • Fall on the Mound, September 26, 2009 at Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church, Flower Mound, Texas.
This is a very nice, indoor, one-day show. It is predominantly a crafters show with some local fine artists. It is very well attended and can be quite crowded at times. The show runs from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

    October:
  • Oak Point Art Society Fall Show in conjunction with the Prosper Arts and Music Festival, Prosper, Texas, October 3, 2009 from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Don't be fooled by this one day show. Many of the artists are world-class! For more information click on this link: http://www.prosperartsandmusicfestival.com/

  • Edom Festival of the Arts, Edom, Texas. October 17 & 18, 2009. Sadly, I have cancelled out of this show due to family commitments. Hopefully, I will be able to schedule this show in 2010.
This is a great show in east Texas. Edom is a wonderful small town just a short distance from Canton or Tyler. The show is set in a large wooded area just off the main street. The town also has some great shops to wander through. For more information click on this link http://www.edomfestivalofthearts.com/

    November:
  • Cross Timbers Artists Guild - Studio Tour, November 7 & 8, 2009 http://www.crosstimbersarts.com
  • Confirmed
The Studio Tour is held annually on the second weekend in November (11/7 & 8/09). A number of artists provide demonstrations of their art so visitors not only have a chance to see where we work but also how we make our art. Our goal is to make art more accessible and inspire others to pursue art as a career. Take a look at www.crosstimbersarts.com and plan to take the tour in 2009. The web site has a map locating the artists' studios. Contact me if you would like to receive our brochure and map in the mail.

    December:
  • Silver Leaf Arts & Crafts Festival, 103 & 109 Industrial Street, Denton, Texas (just off the town square). This is the 4th annual Silver Leaf Festival. It's the perfect time for holiday shopping for one-of-a-kind gifts for family and friends. With some of Texas' best artists, creative activities for the kids, and live music this is one show you don't want to miss.

Please Note:This site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1280 by 1024 pixels. Other choices: 1024 by 768 pixels or 1152 by 864 although you will have to do a bit more scrolling with these settings. You may also find it looks better when viewed with Mozilla Firefox Web Browser
A little hint about font size: If you have a scroll wheel on your mouse you can hold the "CTRL" key down and spin the wheel to change the font size. If you don't have a scroll wheel on your mouse you can still change the font size. In Internet Explorer click on "VIEW" on the menu bar and select "Text Size". You can then change the displayed font and minimize scrolling. In Mozilla the "CTRL" key and the "+" or "-" keys change the font size. You can also use "F11" in both browsers to hide the menu bars so more of the web page is displayed. I don't know if these functions are version dependent; I'm using Windows XP SP3 with Internet Explorer Ver. 8 and/or Mozilla/5.0 Firefox/1.5.0.1
